The Cottage Scarf design differs from the Faerie Scarf by the Mohair trim but also with the stitches that make it up. The Cottage Scarf has more of a lace-like look to it. The blue is not a trim along the border. Instead, it's stitched in uniform with the brown triangle design. This piece is made of super soft Merino Wool.
